Any written proposal, quotation, order form or service agreement agreed with a client forms part of the terms for that specific project and takes priority if it conflicts with general website information.

Services

We provide services that may include digital marketing strategy, SEO, local SEO, website development, ecommerce development, social media marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, branding, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline are confirmed for each engagement.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices or examples unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on scope, functionality, market, campaign requirements, timelines and any third party costs. A final quote or agreed scope will be provided before paid work begins.

Advertising Spend and Third Party Costs

Advertising spend, hosting, domains, premium software, payment gateway charges, platform fees and other third party costs are separate from our service fees unless they are specifically included in a written quote.

Payments

Deposits, milestones, recurring fees and payment dates are agreed in writing for each project or service. Work may be paused if an agreed payment becomes overdue. Any refund or cancellation terms stated in a project proposal or written agreement will apply to that engagement.

No Guaranteed Marketing Results

We use professional marketing and optimisation practices, but search rankings, advertising performance, lead volume, sales, revenue and platform reach depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, revenue figure or advertising result.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, account access, brand assets, product or service information and any licences or permissions required for their business. Delays in providing these items may affect delivery dates or campaign performance.

Third Party Platforms

Our work may use services operated by companies such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, ecommerce platforms, email providers and payment processors. Their availability, policies, approvals, account decisions and technical changes are outside our control and are governed by their own terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables created specifically for a client are transferred to the client after full payment. Third party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, platform tools and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licences. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality or a written agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality

We will take reasonable care with confidential business information shared for a project and will use it for the purpose of providing the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to an authorised service provider.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, notice periods and changes to scope depend on the service or project and will be confirmed in the applicable quote or agreement. Work already completed, committed third party costs and approved milestones may remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grow With Shuraim is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third party platform outages, account suspensions, algorithm changes or results affected by information, access or approvals outside our control.
